At The Story of Janta, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
